Symptoms:

StatCenter doesn’t show visitor info, while the page views and unique visitor statistics continue to function.

Resolution:

Make sure that Cookie (cs(Cookie)) logging is enabled in IIS for this site. Please refer to the   Installation and Configuration Instructions section of the Administrator manual for details.
